This was my son’s first visit to this pediatric dental office in West Philadelphia, and I wanted to leave a 5-star review because the experience exceeded my expectations. We unfortunately ran late about 20 to almost 30 minutes  and despite signs posted stating late arrivals may not be seen, the staff showed compassion, understanding, and kindness. The front desk staff was polite and still worked with us to make sure my son could be seen.

I also didn’t have all of the paperwork needed, and they were patient enough to wait while my son’s previous dental office sent the records over. The process was smooth and quick, and the wait time was not long at all.

The office itself was clean, welcoming, and had games and activities to keep children occupied, which made things easier and more enjoyable for my son. The dentist was very kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything that was going on and discuss possible procedures in a way I could easily understand. I appreciated being able to ask questions and communicate openly without feeling rushed.

Another thing I really liked was how convenient everything was. They send multiple reminders by text so it’s hard to forget appointments, and I loved that paperwork could be completed before arriving instead of repeatedly filling everything out in the office.

Based on everything I experienced during our first visit, I would absolutely rate this office very highly and would recommend them to other parents.
