 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was a bit nervous going into our appointment because I knew this was going to be a stressful experience for my 3 year old son, but I could not be more impressed with everyone who took care of him while we were there.

Both the dentist and the dental assistant were absolutely lovely and wonderful with my him, which really made a world of difference. They were incredibly patient and thorough, and I left with all of my questions answered!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. THE ENTRY BELOW THIS ONE IS NOT MINE. I DID NOT WRITE IT AND I DON'T AGREE WITH IT. I don't know why I wasn't given a new form, but here is my review.
I have a child who is also petrified to go to the dentist. He came willing because last time he was given a no cavities report. He was in there a long time and I was wondering what was taking so long.
He came out satisfied, telling me about what the dentist said, and what he should do as well as how he should do it.
To shorten the story, I had a child who was satisfied, informed, and ready to come back again.
What more could I ask for. Wonderful!

The appointment was a waste of time. His mother took day off of work and they refused to see the child because whoever entered the appointment did it incorrectly. They are the ones who told us that he needed two teeth filled and after dragging a petrified child to the dentist THREE times, he still needs two teeth filled. I tried to call and get this straighten out and was but on hold for 26 minutes before I hung up. I only got a person by pushing the billing department. I spoke to a very nice lady who tried to help me. She tried to call the manager who was in a meeting. He was supposed to call me back. I am still waiting.
