Temple University Hospital Pediatric Dental Residency Program
Healthy teeth, healthy smiles, and healthy communities. That’s what matters to us here at Pediatric Dental Associates. Through our pediatric dentistry residency program operated in partnership with Temple University Hospital, we’re giving dental professionals the opportunity to brighten the smiles of the future.
Temple University Hospital’s two-year Pediatric Dental Residency Program is a postgraduate certificate program that emphasizes practical skills development through clinical, didactic, teaching, and research fundamentals. It offers clinical experience in comprehensive dental care on both in- and outpatient levels for children from infancy through adolescence.
The program is a collaborative learning experience with participation by the staff of Temple University Hospital, departments of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, the Department of Anesthesia from St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, Special Smiles, LLC, and the departments of Pediatric Medicine, Pediatric Emergency Medicine and Cleft and Craniofacial Program from Cooper University Hospital.

Residency Program Requirements
ADEA PASS Application
- Must submit undergraduate college transcripts through PASS
- Must submit a CV/Resume through PASS
- Must submit Dental Admissions Test (DAT) score through PASS
- Must submit a 2” x 2” photo to the program via email
- Must submit $25 supplemental application fee

Please submit the supplemental application form along with a 2 X 2 photo and the $25.00 supplemental fee, made payable to Temple University Hospital Pediatric Dental Residency Program. Please ensure you complete the additional program specific questions in PASS.
Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
